No. We are not a job board. talvia uses AI to match talent and companies based on skills, values, culture, and growth potential, then supports the entire journey with coaching, training, and review workflows.
Our talent community is open to professionals — particularly women returning to work or shifting careers — who want to build future-ready skills and connect with inclusive employers. All profiles are reviewed before they go live to companies.
Our matching engine looks beyond keywords. It scores candidates and opportunities across professional skills, values alignment, growth potential, role requirements, and company culture to surface the most relevant matches for both sides.
Company partners get unlimited access to onboarded talent, AI-powered matching, full candidate profiles, detailed match scorecards, shortlisting and sharing tools, and the R³ Learning Hub — all for a flat annual fee.
The annual Talent Discovery Access partnership is CHF 499 for 12 months. It is a one-time payment with no recurring fees or per-hire commissions.
Bring Women Back to Work (BWBW) is an NGO founded by talvia's CEO Vanessa Gentile. It trains women in technical and mindset skills and helps them re-enter the workforce. talvia is part of this broader mission.
While our mission focuses on accelerating female talent and women returning to work, our platform is built on inclusive principles and welcomes diverse candidates and inclusive companies of all kinds.
You can sign up with your email or Google account. During onboarding, talent completes a short fit profile and companies provide basic company information. We keep the two portals separate for privacy and clarity.
Yes. Access to candidate data is enforced per request in our service layer and audited by tests, and we never sell personal data. Talent profiles shown to companies are anonymized until a company subscribes, a company can only reach a candidate once she accepts a contact request, and companies control their own hiring data.
Yes. You can request account deletion from your dashboard settings or by contacting us at info@talvia.ch. We will remove your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy.
