Why We Exist
talvia was born from a simple observation: brilliant women with hard-won skills weren't getting a fair path into the roles where they create the most value.
Together with Bring Women Back to Work and our partners, we train talent in technical skills and equip them with the mindset, social, and mental health competencies needed to succeed. Once trained, they're matched with inclusive organizations actively looking for diverse perspectives and leadership.
Whether someone is re-entering the workforce, shifting careers, or seeking a new challenge, talvia helps them find their perfect fit and supports them in their career transition.
