Our Founder and CEO
Vanessa Gentile
I started Talvia to solve a problem I’ve seen for years: brilliant women with hard-won skills aren’t getting a fair path into the roles where they create the most value.
My background spans enterprise marketing, AI-enabled customer experience, and coaching-infused leadership. I’ve led high-performing teams, earned Salesforce’s AI Certificates and founded the NGO Bring Women Back to Work, all with one goal: turn talent into opportunity, and opportunity into outcomes.
I’m also a certified mental trainer (for children through adults), focused on mindset, resilience, and purpose so people can live fulfilled lives. I deliver and coach across six languages, making our work accessible and effective for diverse teams and markets.
Talvia is where these threads come together: data-driven hiring, real-world enablement, and human wellbeing.

Great marketing is fun. It educates, entertains, and inspires and ultimately builds a trusted brand, creates pipeline, and drives revenue.
For two decades I’ve brought that to life by building world-class teams, shaping go-to-market strategies, and running integrated programs that grew brand awareness, pipeline, revenue, and market share across multiple SaaS products.
My specialties include GTM development, regional & global plan execution, messaging (corporate, industry, product), analyst & media relations, C-suite communications on metrics and performance, team building across employees/contractors/agencies, high-impact presentations, and budget ownership with disciplined ROI.
Alongside customer centricity and technology, I’m a committed ambassador for equality and sustainability, partnering with organizations such as BWBW, the World Economic Forum, Swiss Economic Forum, UNICEF, and GAVI.
In the last six years, I’ve also begun investing in and advising B2B tech startups, and I serve on the Swiss Economic Award expert jury.
